Terms of Service

Version: 2026-09-21-r2 · Effective date: September 21, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Tuuteez websites, applications, subscriptions, AI tutoring features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Parent accounts and learner profiles

A parent or legal guardian must create and control the Tuuteez account, provide accurate account information, and agree to these Terms. The parent may create a learner profile for their child using limited information such as the child’s name or display name and class or grade.

The parent is responsible for supervising the child’s use of the Service, keeping account access secure, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access. A child must not independently create an account, provide contact information, or purchase a subscription.

2. Educational and AI features

Tuuteez provides learning tools, including AI-generated explanations, exercises, recommendations, and progress information. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular learner. It is not a substitute for a teacher, professional advice, or independent verification. Users and supervising adults are responsible for checking important information and deciding how to use it.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful personal and educational purposes. You must not:

4. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes

The parent or guardian is the purchaser and account holder. Paid plans, prices, billing periods, included features, and any trial terms are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. The purchaser authorizes the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method on file, including applicable taxes. App-store purchases are also governed by the store’s payment terms.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may stop future renewal as described in the Cancellation Policy. Refunds are available for yearly subscriptions only, within 7 days of the subscription’s initial start, as described in the Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live are not limited by these Terms.

6. Content and intellectual property

Tuuteez and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, branding, and provided learning materials. Subject to these Terms, Tuuteez grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service.

You retain rights in content you submit and grant Tuuteez a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

The parent or guardian authorizes Tuuteez to process information submitted through the child’s learner profile only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and any consent notice shown at collection.

7. Third-party services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party platforms, payment processors, app stores, or content. Their separate terms and policies may apply. Tuuteez is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

8. Availability, changes, and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or a material breach of these Terms. We will provide notice when reasonably practicable. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular educational result. To the extent permitted by law, Tuuteez is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any mandatory rights available to you under the law of your place of residence. The courts with lawful jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or dispute-resolution rights.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or another reasonable channel before they take effect where required. The version and effective date above identify the terms currently published.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@tuuteez.com. Privacy questions and requests concerning a learner profile may be sent to privacy@tuuteez.com by the parent or guardian who controls the account.
