Privacy Policy

Version: 2026-10-07-r3 · Effective date: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tuuteez collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when a parent or legal guardian creates an account and permits a child to use our websites, applications, AI tutoring features, subscriptions, and support services. The parent or guardian is the account holder and controls the child’s learner profile.

1. Personal data we collect

We limit collection to information reasonably needed to provide and protect the Service.

We do not ask the child to provide a date of birth, mobile number, email address, payment information, government identification, or biometric data. Tuuteez does not receive the password used with an external email or social sign-in provider.

2. How we use personal data

We use personal data to:

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on the parent’s or guardian’s consent, performance of our contract with the account holder, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests that are not overridden by the individual’s rights.

3. AI processing and product improvement

Questions, answers, tutoring conversations, and other learning activity are processed to generate responses, personalize the learning experience, show progress to the parent or learner, and operate safety, quality, and reliability controls.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information that is not reasonably capable of identifying a child or parent to evaluate and improve the Service. We do not use identifiable child content to train a general-purpose AI model unless the parent or guardian has been given a separate, clear choice and has provided any consent required by law.

4. Children and students

Tuuteez is designed for learning by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian must create or authorize the account and consent to the processing of the limited child profile and learning data described above.

We do not use a child’s personal data for targeted advertising, sell it for money, or knowingly track a child across unrelated websites or applications for advertising. The parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of the learner profile and may withdraw consent, subject to information we must retain by law.

5. When we share personal data

We may disclose personal data:

We do not sell personal data for money. We require service providers to process personal data only for contracted purposes and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security protections.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the account and learning service, maintain transaction and parental-consent records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud or abuse. When the parent deletes the learner profile, withdraws consent, or closes the account, we delete or de-identify associated information within a reasonable period unless continued retention is required by law or is necessary to complete a requested transaction, resolve a dispute, or protect the Service.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls and protections for data in transit and at rest where appropriate. No system is completely secure, so users should protect credentials and contact us about suspected compromise.

8. International processing

Tuuteez and its service providers may process data in countries other than the user’s country. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers and comply with applicable transfer restrictions.

9. Rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, the parent, guardian, and other relevant individuals may have rights to access, correct, update, delete, or receive a copy of personal data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; nominate another person; and raise a grievance or complain to a regulator. Some rights are subject to lawful exceptions. We may need to verify the requester’s identity, control of the parent account, and authority concerning the learner profile before acting.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service or law changes. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes. The version and effective date above identify the policy currently published.

12. Cookies and website analytics

The tuuteez.com website stores two small settings in your browser that it needs to work: whether you have seen the opening animation and whether you closed the offer bar. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used: the number of visits, which pages and buttons are used, the type of device, and your approximate location (country, region or city), which Google estimates from your IP address. This uses cookies such as _ga. Google processes this information as our service provider. We do not use it for advertising, and the website does not collect information about your child.

Analytics starts only after you select Accept in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. The Tuuteez app may also use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in.
