Tuuteez is built for children, so privacy and safety are design requirements, not an afterthought. Here is exactly how we handle your family's information.

Safe by design

No advertisements, ever

Tuuteez shows no ads and uses no third-party ad trackers. A child's attention belongs to their learning, not to advertisers.

No selling of data

We never sell, rent or trade personal information. Learning data exists for one purpose: helping your child grow and keeping you informed.

Age-aware conversations

Lumi's guidance is filtered and shaped for school-age learners. Conversations stay on learning, encouragement and curiosity.

Parents see everything

The Parent Journal gives families full visibility into the worlds explored and the questions asked. Nothing is hidden behind the screen.

What we collect and why

Information we collect

From parents: an email address when you join the early-access waitlist or create a family account, and your chosen plan.

From learners: the questions asked to Lumi, puzzle responses and learning progress (worlds explored, persistence moments, curiosity topics). We ask for a class level and board so Lumi can match the curriculum — we do not require a child's full name, photo, school name or location.

How we use it

Learning data powers exactly two things: Lumi's adaptive guidance for your child, and the Parent Journal you read. Waitlist emails are used only to contact you about Tuuteez early access and launch.

AI processing

Lumi's responses are generated using Anthropic's Claude models. Questions sent to Lumi on this website are processed to generate a reply and are not used to build advertising profiles. Please encourage children not to type personal details (full names, addresses, phone numbers) into chat — Lumi never asks for them.

Data retention and deletion

Parents can request a copy or full deletion of their family's data at any time by writing to hello@tuuteez.com. Waitlist entries are deleted on request, and account data is removed within 30 days of a deletion request.

Third-party services

This website uses a small number of service providers to operate: hosting (Vercel), AI responses (Anthropic) and waitlist email delivery (EmailJS). Each receives only the minimum data needed to do its job. We use no advertising or social-media trackers.

Children's privacy

Tuuteez is designed for learners in Class 5-12 used under a parent's account and supervision. Parents control the account, see the learning journal and can request deletion of their child's data at any time. If you believe a child has provided us personal information outside these controls, contact us and we will remove it promptly.
